1. Services and Estimates

Larson’s Handyman Services provides services as described in your estimate, invoice, or work order.

Quotes based on photos, videos, or limited information are preliminary and may change after an on-site review.

Any work outside the original scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately.

2. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are subject to change due to material costs, site conditions, or scope changes.

Deposits may be required before scheduling or purchasing materials.

Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to reasonable late fees or collection costs where allowed by law.

3. Scheduling and Site Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the job site, including any necessary utilities such as water and electricity.

The work area should be kept reasonably clear of valuables, fragile items, children, and pets.

Cancellations or rescheduling should be requested with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee where allowed by law.

4. Materials and Warranty

Any workmanship warranty offered by Larson’s Handyman Services applies only to labor performed by us and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, damage caused by others, or pre-existing conditions.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply only through the manufacturer.

Natural variations in wood, stone, tile, paint, and other materials are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Permits and Liability

Unless otherwise stated in writing, permits, approvals, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Larson’s Handyman Services is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing conditions discovered during the project, including structural issues, mold, plumbing problems, or electrical defects.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Larson’s Handyman Services is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this website or our services.

6. Photos and Marketing

Larson’s Handyman Services may take photos or videos of the work for documentation, portfolio, website, or marketing use, provided we do not intentionally disclose sensitive personal information.

If you do not want project photos used for marketing, please notify us in writing before work begins.

7. Text Messages
